Eric Hutton was introduced to us through a realtor in the early stages of our house search. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and turned to Eric for clarification on many things. Mr Eric was extremely courteous, kind, helpful, and willing to answer any question we had during the entire process. The entire time Eric made himself available by phone even on late nights/weekends he always answered our questions/doubts. The max time he took to respond is 45 mins. He explained things in a way we could understand and felt comfortable moving forward. Tensions run high when your near to closing he always answered in his calm and pleasant voice “nothing to worry this is what you need to do to fix it” and magically the problem is solved. It was a great experience to work with him. I would absolutely recommend Mr Eric to anyone looking to purchase a new home and look forward to working again with him in the future if I ever had too.
