If you are looking for a professional, hard working, and dedicated lender look no further! Eric Hutton is an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer he made the process as easy as it can be and was extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question Eric was prompt in responding. I was working with another lender in the beginning of my home buying journey and the interest rate was high and they were not personable. I was hesitant about pursuing buying my dream home. That all changed when Eric was recommended to me. Eric was able to get a me lower interest rate and made buying my dream home a reality. I recently refinanced my home, and due to Covid and other issues the process took me 11 months. The final person I went through to refinance was Eric Hutton and I can honestly say it was a refreshing experience! He was incredibly responsive with any and every question I had. Not only was he very patient with me, his answers were always informative and easy to understand. If I ever need to get another mortgage or refinance I would 100% go to Eric again. Overall amazing to work with and gets you the best deal!
