i cannot say enough great things about my time spent w/Eric Hutton. When i started looking for a house everyone warned me that it would be a roller coaster, they were not lying, BUT working on this with Eric has made the whole experience smooth, yes we did hit some bumps (who doesn't?) but Eric was kind, patient & very understanding to our situation, he stood by us from start to finish. I don't think i would be going to any one else other than Eric w/any future plans i have.

I was in the middle of refinancing my mortgage with another lender who assured me I was getting the "best rate". I saw a facebook post that Eric commented on and immediately reached out. We started communicating via chat and I decided to have him run my figures, low and behold he he was able to get .5 point lower than original lender. I was skeptical, how could this be so easy?? Eric is honest, transparent, easy to work with, has a great support team and more. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend him!!!

We were first-time home buyers, and we had gone through two other finance companies but they were not true on their words to provide the financing we needed nor were they thorough.
