Eric and his team did a great job. They went above and beyond our expectations. My fiance and I were first time buyers and all the process was new to us but Eric and his team explained everything very clear and answered all our questions within minutes, always very responsive. Eric took the time to explain and go through every step of the process, I never called and he didn't answer his cellphone. He made the process effortless and gave us all the necessary information we needed. He was easy to talk to and he followed up on every email, text messages and phone call.
