Eric took the time to explain and go through every step of the process, I never called and he didn't answer his cellphone. He made the process effortless and gave us all the necessary information we needed. He was easy to talk to and he followed up on every email, text messages and phone call. Best I've come across, he's the go to guy if I ever need this services in the future.

Eric took his time explaining everything to me and was always patient. He was not the "salesman" type, but more of someone who offered information for me to make the best decisions for myself, which I really liked.
