Eric is amazing. First of all, he is extremely relatable and knowledgeable. I always felt like I was in good hands and that he had everything under control. The home buying process can be unpredictable, but there were no surprises working with Eric. Our whole process played out exactly how he said it would. As a second-time homebuyer, I don't take this for granted because that's not always the case. Trust me.
I was so impressed by the professionalism of the Annie Mac team. Everything was done in a timely, seamless manner and there was never a time that my concerns weren't immediately addressed.
If you want to close on time and want a highly competent lending team, go with Eric and Annie Mac. Also, honorable shout out to Justin Cheng — another member of the team who was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Eric is an exceptional lender. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, dependable, polite, funny (yes, even during the loan process LOL), and makes the entire loan process bearable and as stress free as possible.
