I was in the middle of refinancing my mortgage with another lender who assured me I was getting the "best rate". I saw a facebook post that Eric commented on and immediately reached out. We started communicating via chat and I decided to have him run my figures, low and behold he he was able to get .5 point lower than original lender. I was skeptical, how could this be so easy?? Eric is honest, transparent, easy to work with, has a great support team and more. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend him!!!

We were first-time home buyers, and we had gone through two other finance companies but they were not true on their words to provide the financing we needed nor were they thorough. Eric was very patient with us, moving us through every process and explaining everything very well. From our first conversation he explained each and every option that was available to us and we never felt pressured into any decision. As first-time buyers, it was critical for us to find a lender that we could trust. Eric guided us through the five month lending process. He quickly got us preaaproved, wrote letters advocating on our behalf to sellers as we made offers, and stepped us through the mortgage process once our offer was accepted. No question was too small for him. We are now the proud owners of our first dream home with a 30-year-fixed Fannie Mae mortgage with an interest rate well below 3%. We would highly recommend Eric.

Eric is an asset to this organization as his customer service skills are second to none.
As first time homebuyers, he broke everything down to make it much more understandable and returned our (multiple) calls in a timely fashion.
Buying a home is an extremely stressful process, but with Eric, he made the mortgage aspect seamless and easy from pre approval to closing.
Closing can be a bit intimidating as the costs can include many things. Eric went through every line item and even helped lower the closing costs.
As long as he does this as a career, I will only use Eric moving forward.

Eric Hutton was consistent with his time and patience with helping me through and understanding the whole process from start to finish. My orginal journey started in Aug 2019 and I talked myself out of homeownership. I connected with Eric again in June 2020 and this time, Eric truly calmed my fears and got me to homeownership with confidence and ease. It was really great working with Eric. To start with he offered an excellent rate and explained the process step by step. He constantly provided updates time to time. When my closing got pushed twice due to external factors, he made us very comfortable by sticking to the the original commitment made. Eric Hutton was introduced to us through a realtor in the early stages of our house search. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and turned to Eric for clarification on many things. Mr Eric was extremely courteous, kind, helpful, and willing to answer any question we had during the entire process. The entire time Eric made himself available by phone even on late nights/weekends he always answered our questions/doubts. The max time he took to respond is 45 mins. He explained things in a way we could understand and felt comfortable moving forward. Tensions run high when your near to closing he always answered in his calm and pleasant voice “nothing to worry this is what you need to do to fix it” and magically the problem is solved. It was a great experience to work with him. I would absolutely recommend Mr Eric to anyone looking to purchase a new home and look forward to working again with him in the future if I ever had too. We thank you for everything you had done for us.
